NOW came to TANK with the goal of promoting their Techsperts services through an online video campaign. But with the Techsperts service as a whole being too complex to communicate in just a single video, we decided to create a series of shorts that focused on one particular problem/solution at a time.
Aiming to create videos that were cheeky, memorable and with immediate impact, the campaign ‘Don’t be a Dick’ was born. ‘Dick’ is that one person/friend we all know; likeable, slightly misguided and technically challenged. The videos show Dick in various funny situations that are quickly sorted by the NOW Techsperts.
