Client Objective: Redesign Freshfields Fruit Hitz packaging to communicate the product’s unique selling point – its New Zealand heritage and ingredients.
Tank idea: In our design, we emphasised Fruit Hitz' all-natural recipe with a 'straight-from-the-orchard', hand-drawn design. The packaging, printed on the 'wrong' side of the card, looks and feels different from the competition; more wholesome, less shiny and artificial. Under the newly refreshed Fruit Hitz umbrella brand we introduced a new raspberry jelly variant.
Result: An instant hit with retailers and consumers alike. The "home-grown" message resonates with the target audience and highlights a genuine advantage over the main competition... which is made in China!
