Client Objective: Create a name, identity, visual palette and feel for a new Hawke’s Bay café venture to position it as an inviting destination for great coffee and food, and a selection of gourmet condiments and gifts.
Tank idea: TANK created the easy-to-remember brand name, designed the new brand and created the positioning line “Life is Grand”. The distinctive black and white design is clearly visible to passing motorists, ensuring a regular flow of patrons. The design was rolled out over interior/exterior signage, coffee cups, labels, uniforms, loyalty cards and website to create a cohesive look and feel.
Result: No.5 Café and Larder has established itself as a preferred destination for locals looking for great coffee, food, gourmet condiments and gifts.
