Client Objective: To launch the brand, plus a new concept of broadband, calling AND in-home technical support to a brand new region – Tauranga.

Tank idea: To tap into consumers’ Love/Hate relationships with technology – with NOW as the all-in-one solution to their problems, enabling them to LOVE MORE and HATE LESS. Press, social media, outdoor and guerilla advertising teased and revealed, culminating in a grand office opening where there were games and prizes to love, and very little to hate.

Result: The NOW brand is now highly visible in Tauranga, resulting in media coverage and a high level of word-of-mouth referrals. They also won the Best Broadband Innovation Award at the Broadband Compare Awards 2017.
