Client Objective: Create an exciting and credible brand identity that would challenge the national providers, Telecom and Vodafone, for customers in Hawke’s Bay. The longer-term vision was to take the brand to other regional centres.
Tank idea: We created a promise for NOW to live by... they must be awesome in everything they do from price, service and speed to reliability. The promise has been incorporated into the brand design... We’re awesome, we’re NOW.
Result: NOW has established itself as a successful challenger in the Hawke’s Bay telco market and has gained considerable customer share. The fantastic results in Hawke’s Bay mean they have been able to roll NOW out to two other regional centres. NOW is a brand with serious attitude and is well positioned for continued growth.
