Business Development / Client & Project Manager
As a director of TANK, Natalie is charged with new business development, client and project management. Through efficient process and systems, she also manages workflow and suppliers, ensuring the work we do for you is on time, on budget and achieves the results you are after. A native Hawke’s Bay-ite, Natalie loves to travel and take advantage of the outdoor lifestyle.
Creative Director
Steve is a Director of TANK and our ideas man. He can take a complex brief and come up with amazing creative ideas, design and copy, to ensure your business stands out from the crowd and gets results. Steve is originally from the UK where he worked for 20 years on FMCG accounts such as Coca-Cola, Sharwoods, Swan Vestas and Yeo Valley. Steve and his wife, along with their small children, enjoy all that sunny Hawke's Bay has to offer.
Senior Graphic Designer
Lisa is experienced in all aspects of design and has worked in industries as diverse as food, tourism, wine and mining. For several years, she was the senior designer for Winestate Magazine, Australasia's leading independent wine magazine.
In 2016 Lisa returned to Hawke's Bay with her winemaker husband and their two teenage boys after spending six years in the Hunter Valley and Adelaide. In her spare time Lisa enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends and family, and of course drinking wine made by her husband.
Financial Manager / Production Assistant
Nicky is TANK's Financial Manager/Production Assistant. She brings a wealth of valuable experience to the role, having worked for VisyBoard, Wellington Rugby, the Hurricanes and Badminton NZ, as well as stints overseas in London and Sydney.
As a mother to three young children there isn't much time for relaxing but when she does you'll find her whipping up a gourmet meal or reading the latest Jo Nesbo novel.
